Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of tutoring and academic support services by Access Granted Education LLC (“Access Granted Education,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or enrolling in services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Access Granted Education provides online math tutoring and related academic support services to middle and high school students. Services are delivered live via video conferencing unless otherwise specified.
Educational services do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Student progress depends on multiple factors, including attendance, engagement, and individual learning needs.
2. Technology Requirements
Families are responsible for ensuring that students have access to:
Zoom (or the designated video platform)
A functioning webcam and microphone
A stable internet connection
Access Granted Education is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s end.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
Students are expected to attend sessions on time and prepared. Missed sessions are the responsibility of the student.
In cases of emergency or verified technical difficulties, one session credit per month may be granted at the discretion of Access Granted Education.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged as scheduled. Repeated missed sessions may result in a review of continued enrollment.
5. Payment & Billing
Payment terms are selected during registration and may include:
Full payment for a multi-week tutoring period, or
Recurring automatic payments billed throughout the school year
Families are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.
6. Vacations & Holidays
Access Granted Education generally remains open during winter break, spring break, and most national holidays.
Requests to pause recurring payments due to vacation must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled payment processing date.
7. Conduct & Communication
All communications are expected to remain respectful and appropriate. Access Granted Education reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of harassment, abuse, or repeated disruptive behavior.
8. Educational Materials
All materials provided during tutoring sessions are for the personal use of the enrolled student and family only. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Tools
We may utilize third-party platforms for video conferencing, scheduling, learning management, and payment processing. Use of such tools is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Access Granted Education LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
